Information we collect
When you contact us or book lessons, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, preferred lesson package, availability, collection area and any information you include in your message. If you become a learner, we may also keep appropriate records relating to lessons, payments, progress, driving-test arrangements and licence checks.
Our website and hosting providers may also process technical information such as your device type, browser, approximate location, pages visited, referral source and IP address.
How and why we use your information
We use personal information to reply to enquiries, arrange and provide lessons, manage bookings and payments, maintain learner records, improve our services, keep the website secure and comply with legal obligations. We rely on the performance of a contract, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations and, where required, your consent.
Google Analytics and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, visit duration, device and browser information, approximate location and referral source. We use these reports to improve the website and our services; they are not used by us to identify you directly.
Analytics cookies and similar technologies are non-essential. Google Analytics is delivered through Cloudflare Zaraz and is blocked until you actively consent to the Analytics purpose. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time without affecting essential website functions. Our Google Analytics measurement ID is G-0L37H9GJM2. See our Cookie policy for more detail.
Who we share information with
We only share information where necessary with trusted service providers that help us operate the website and business, including Cloudflare for website hosting and security, Google for analytics, Make.com for enquiry processing, and email, telephone or WhatsApp providers when you use those channels. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we expect appropriate safeguards to be used in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary. Enquiries that do not lead to lessons will normally be deleted within 12 months. Customer, lesson and transaction records may be kept for up to six years where needed for accounting, legal or dispute-resolution purposes. Information may be retained for longer if the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer, or to object to its use. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
To make a request, email [email protected]. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Security and updates
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information. No online service is completely risk-free, but access is limited to those who need it. We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change; the latest version will always appear on this page.
